Lupo Scissors are hand-made from Japanese 440C stainless steel, built exclusively for the Canadian grooming market. 440C is the industry's workhorse alloy — hard enough to hold a convex edge through heavy use, soft enough to re-sharpen cleanly for years of service. The offset handle positions your thumb and fingers in a natural grip, which matters when you're on your eighth dog of the day.

Which one is right for you?

The 7" 21-tooth straight is the everyday chunker. Twenty-one teeth at 7" gives you enough bite to remove real bulk from double coats and Doodle mixes, while the wider spacing blends cleanly without leaving chunker tracks. This is the one most groomers reach for first.

The 7" 21-tooth curved is the same blade configuration on a curved body — built for rounding heads, shaping legs, and following the contour of a topknot or a scissor-finished face. If you do a lot of breed-pattern work or Asian fusion styling, the curve earns its place in your kit fast.

The 7.5" 24-tooth straight is the longer, denser option. The extra half-inch covers more coat per stroke, and the 24-tooth count gives you tighter, finer blending — better for finish passes and for coats where a 21-tooth leaves visible texture. Groomers who specialize in large breeds or want one chunker that doubles as a blending tool tend to prefer this one.
