Flyer & Newsletter Disclaimer

Lynn Professional tries to insure that all information in their sales flyers is correct & accurate however Lynn Professional can not be held responsible for misprints in pricing or typographical errors. Photos are sometimes from previous product lines so therefore slight changes in the look or feel may sometimes be different. Lynn Professional disclaims any responsibility for use or misuse of any products described in our catalogue and flyers and any losses incurred through the use of any products according to the methods described herein. All products should be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Sales Prices NOT to be combined with any other offers or discounts. Prices subject to change without notice.

Payment

Lynn Professional accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Bank E-Transfer

All orders must be prepaid and we no longer accept COD (cash on delivery). 

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Canadian currency and are subject to change without notice. Many of our products are manufactured in the USA or overseas. We strive to keep our prices in effect as long as possible but occasionally we experience significant pricing increases from our suppliers. Our policy is to try and absorb such price increases but with shifting exchange rates this is not always possible. Your customer service representative will be happy to discuss and verify the current prices of products with you while we take every effort to prevent errors, mistakes do happen and we reserve the right to correct any errors found without further notice.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchange of an item within 30 days of the date of purchase from both the website and warehouse. For returns, contact us at info@lynnprofessional.com or call 1 866 266 2543 with your invoice number, and we will issue you a return authorization number (RMA). No returns will be processed without a valid RMA being issued. You can return your product for store creditdifferent product, or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must be in unused and re-sellable condition
  • All packaging and accessories must be returned

The following items are non-returnable: Dryer, table or clipper parts, scissors/shears, clipper blades, books and videos. Unless the product is defective, in which case we will contact the manufacturer. 

Note: All shears are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect. We thoroughly inspect each shear before shipping to ensure proper functionality. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the shears immediately. If you discover a manufacturer defect, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order to qualify for a return or exchange.

For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the defect. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.

Return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Lynn Professional is not responsible for any return package damaged, lost or stolen.

Item Damaged or Faulty

Defective, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse the shipment. If a package arrives damaged, contact us immediately and do not discard the packaging. Keep the original shipping container as photos of damage will be requested.

The manufacturer will not cover under warranty products that have failed due to improper operation or use, customer neglect, lightning damage or other acts of God. Coupons

You must be a Lynn Professional Rewards Club Member to use these coupons. There is only One Voucher allowed per household or grooming salon. These coupons can only be used on regular priced items. They cannot be combined with any other coupon. Cannot be used on sale items. This voucher must be used in its entirety on the first purchase. No amount can carry over. No cash value. Non-refundable. The coupon must be surrendered at time of purchase. One-time use only. One coupon per member/account. Coupons cannot be used to claim refunds on existing purchases. A coupon cannot be applied to online and phone orders already placed, order confirmation and in shipped status. On online orders, to qualify for the free shipping, the order amount must be $125.00 before taxes and after discounts (excludes bulk items). One account per person, must be 18 years of age with valid ID. Lynn Professional reserves the right to request ID, to limit coupons and to cancel any coupons at any time without notice. The use of this coupon constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Social Media Contests

Lynn Professional contests are solely organized and sponsored by Lynn Professional. Our contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By participating in Lynn Professional contests on Facebook or Instagram, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims. Any questions, comments, or complaints about a Lynn Professional contest will be directed to Lynn Professional. To be eligible for Facebook contests, participants must reside in Canada (excluding Quebec). All contest winner decisions are final. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. 

To enter, participants must comment on the original contest post according to the specifications of the contest post (e.g. share a photo or answer a question). Sharing contest posts or tagging friends on Facebook contests is not required to enter the contest and will not result in additional entries. 

Contest winners are chosen by random selection. Contest winners will only be announced on the original contest post on the Lynn Professional page, not on any shared posts or direct messaging. Winners will be notified via comment on the original contest post. Contest winners will be announced on the date specified on the original contest post. 

To claim a contest prize, winners are required to send an email to info@lynnprofessional.com.  Winners must be a Lynn Professional Rewards Club Member in order to claim contest prizes (free to join). Lynn Professional gift card prizes will be added in the form of points to the winner’s Lynn Professional account. Physical items (products) will be made available for pick-up at the Lynn Professional location or shipped with the customers next order of $125.00 or over before taxes.
