Lynn Professional ships with FedEx, Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, Canpar, virtually any carrier possible. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the shipping weight and destination of each order. The website shipping quotes are ESTIMATES and can only be validated once your order has been picked, packed and weighed. Free shipping is by least costly method to your postal code. If you prefer a different level of service you must pay the cost difference.
All items will ship via Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, UPS or Canpar at your request, except where prohibited by weight or size. In this case, standard freight forwarders will be used, and separate freight charges may be applicable. Shipping to rural route addresses and P.O. Boxes with no street numbers may be limited to Canada Post, depending on location.
Most of the products on our site qualify for free shipping. Your order will be sent by our preferred carrier with the standard level of service. To qualify for free shipping, your order must total $125 or above after discounts and before taxes. Items that are excluded from free shipping will be noted in the description.
The following postal codes are excluded from free shipping because of the high cost of shipping to them (they will be charged a discounted rate): All postal codes in Territories, A0A-A0Z, A1K-A1M, A1S-A2Z, A5A-A8A, E6A-E6Z, G0G, J0M, P0L, P0T, P0V, R0B, R0C, S0A-S0Z, T0A-T0Z, T1G, T1M, T4A-T4X, T7A-T7V, T8L, T8S-T8X, T9H-T9K, V0A-V0Z. This list is subject to change from time to time.
- Due to sourcing, manufacturing and staffing shortages these days all items may not always be exactly as shown online.
- With the high volume of orders during the holidays season we will do our best to get your orders out as soon as possible. We do apologize in advance for any delays and inconvenience this may cause.
- Canadian winters can be cold. Please keep this in mind when ordering liquids. It is possible, especially if you are located a long distance from us, that liquid products in your order (eg. shampoo) may arrive partially or completely frozen. Because of this, we are not able to offer any warranty if this happens. Normally this does not affect the performance of the product once it has been thawed out but there may be some separation that will require stirring to recombine and even then it may not look the same as it normally would.
Website orders for pick up
Place your order on the website and select Store Pick-up. Allow us 24 hours to pull the product and get it ready for pick up. When you arrive Call us at 204 487 3908 and we will run it right out to your car.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Orders shipped are not considered lost until it has been 12 business days from time of shipment. Shipping Insurance is automatically included for all orders up to a maximum $100 value. Optional shipping insurance can be calculated for you based on the order value, please email us for an insurance quote: email@example.com. You may decline this coverage – however, Lynn Professionals CANNOT assume liability for any lost or damaged shipments exceeding the $100 value unless the optional insurance is in effect.
Lynn Professional is not liable for orders stolen or lost after delivery. If this happens, we will work with the shipping company to verify the order was delivered to the correct location. If it turns out that your order was delivered to the correct address (as per the shipping information on your order), and was stolen or lost after delivery, Lynn Professional is not liable.
Bulk Shipping Charges
Bulk items are oversized or overweight for shipping by normal methods so they will incur additional charges for shipping, all orders will be reviewed on an individual basis. This is a cost determined by the shipping companies for oversized/overweight parcels. Some examples are grooming arms, tables & tubs, large tubs, blow dryers. Also shipments that are unusually large, dense or that requires special handling due to size. We strive to get the best pricing we can to ship out each customers order.
