Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lynn Professional purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and transparent.


Return & Exchange Window

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for both online and in-store/warehouse purchases.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in resellable condition

    • Returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories included


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and manufacturer warranty reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Parts (dryer, table, clipper)

  • Scissors/shears

  • Clipper blades

  • Books

  • Videos/DVDs

If an item is defective, we will work directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.


Final Sale Items

  • Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Apparel Sizing Exchanges

Need a different size?

  • We accept size exchanges within 30 days, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll promptly send your requested size or issue store credit if unavailable.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lynn Professional is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us
    Email info@lynnprofessional.com or call 1-866-266-2543 with:

    • Your invoice number

    • Reason for the return/exchange

  2. Prepare Your Item
    Pack the item securely with all original packaging and accessories.

  3. Ship the Item
    Send it to the address provided by our customer service team.

  4. Processing
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process:

    • Refunds to the original payment method

    • Store credit

    • Exchange for another product


Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
