  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, shipping is free on orders over $125 to all cities in Canada, except for Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. Exceptions apply to large items such as tables and some dryers.

  • When will my order ship?

    Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. Most orders are usually shipped out the same day or the next day.

  • How do I find my tracking number?

    Look for a shipping confirmation email from the carrier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar) containing your tracking number. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you can't find it in your inbox.

  • What is your return policy?

    We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date from both the website and warehouse. For returns, contact us at info@lynnprofessional.com or call 1-866-266-2543 with your invoice number. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

    • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original product packaging.
    • Returned items must be in unused and resellable condition.
    • All packaging and accessories must be returned.
    • The following items are non-returnable: parts (dryer, table or clipper), scissors/shears, clipper blades, books, and videos. Unless the product is defective, in which case we will contact the manufacturer.

    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Lynn Professional is not responsible for any return package that is damaged, lost, or stolen.

  • Can I exchange apparel for a different size?

    We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging, in resellable condition. Please note that shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the item, we will promptly inspect it and proceed accordingly with the return/exchange process.

  • How do I redeem my loyalty points?

    Click on the 'Points & Rewards' button at the bottom left corner > click on 'Redeem' > select the number of points you want to redeem > select 'Apply to Checkout'. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
